Conscious Connected Breathwork is a dynamic practice that can bring clarity, insight, and profound peace.

Rooted in ancient healing traditions, it involves continuous, rhythmic open-mouth breathing, without pauses, encouraging deep relaxation while regulating the nervous system. As you trust your breath and the body's innate wisdom—knowing what it needs to heal—you'll be gently guided toward what needs to be felt, acknowledged, and released. Letting go of what no longer serves you and embracing the transformation that unfolds.

During each session, you'll be invited to lie down, close your eyes (or cover them), and simply breathe.

A thoughtfully curated soundtrack will enhance and deepen your experience. Each session also includes time for integration, rest, and connection, offering a harmonious balance between profound inner exploration and gentle restoration.

Whether you seek personal growth, healing, or simply a moment to pause, breathe, and connect with others, you'll be gently guided by Dee, a certified Seven Directions® Breathwork Practitioner in a welcoming, supportive space.
